Flat in E11 needed complete renovation. The wall paper was striped off, bedroom ceiling was taken down, new plasterboard was fixed to ceiling. The whole flat was plastered and multi-finished. The walls, ceilings and woodwork were painted and decorated. New kitchen and bathroom were fitted.

That garden in Charlton, south-east London, needed to be cleared out from old turf, shrubs and weeds. The old shed was removed and a new shed was built. New fence panels and posts were erected. The ground was cultivated and new turf was laid.

The old bath tub was removed and taken away and a new bath and shower fitted including a new bath/shower mixer, two bath panels and two shower screens to side and end of bath. Wall tiling and make good walls and cladding.

Old patio tiles removed, level the ground and lay landscaping material to supress the weeds. Enrich the soil with compost and topsoil. Lay turf and arrange the flower beds.
