You can save 50 % of your bill by using my services instead of building contractor's and about 15 % if you prefer me to my competitors.

I offer firm prices with no surprices - no hidden fees or charges.

You could hardly find another handyman who works late evenings and - yes! weekends - and doesn't charge more for that.

My handyman services feature FREE or Refundable call out, as well as FREE estimates.

Why do I do all of this!?
- Because clients satisfaction is my aim #1.

How could I afford to keep my prices so low?
- Well, I don't rent a posh office. Also I answer the phone and e-mails myself instead of hiring a nice looking girl for this job.

FREE for the areas listed in the pink box on the left hand side.
Otherwise £25, but subject to REFUND if the job is undertaken

Minimum Charge
NO minimum charge for the areas listed in the pink box on the left hand side.
Otherwise 1 hour

Parking and Congestion Charges
Parking and congestion charges for my van are strictly client's responsibility

Overdue Account
Overdue accounts and late payers shall be liable to late payment charges at 10% over bank based rate per month and an administration charge of £65.00 per week until the date of payment

Legal / collection expenses
MisterHandy shall be entitled to employ the services of solicitors and/or collection agencies and shall be entitled to charge and recover from the customer all reasonable expenses incurred obtaining settlement of the debt should after 7 days from date of invoice payment has not being received
